Shipping Policy

HOW LONG WILL IT YAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Your package will be ready to ship within 3-8 days(usually within 4 days).


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For all the TCAC ORIGINALS ITEMS, deliveries can take 5 to 17 days.

For all the OTHER ITEMS, like some of the accessories, deliveries can take up to 5 days to 5 weeks.
It depends what you purchased and where you order from. However, we have also in some rare cases experienced longer shipping times due to holiday season or randomly selected inspection done by your country's customs office. 

Note: All the Socks items shipping time can take up to 14 to 50 days.

If you ordered multiple items (Mix of Tshirt and accessories) there is a good chance that these products are housed in different warehouses. Thus, some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.


CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?

Please email us as soon as possible at hello@theconsciousartclub.com if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

If you provided us the an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, there will be a 5-10€ reshipping fee per item/package.

Depending on the return reason, we may or may not charge you with re-shipping cost if you would like us  to replace your parcel. 

The following return reasons require reshipping fee (if you would like us to resend your parcel):

  1. Unknown reason/Refused or Rejected - customs tax, import tax or extra fees not settled by recepient; 
  2. Insufficient/ Incorrect address - recipient incorrectly input a wrong address;
  3. Unclaimed - Parcels left in locacl customs and post office and was not claim during the allotted time.
